Starting way back when we were merely Cavemen roaming
the earth, you at least had the Flintstones to
keep you amused as you avoid those scary Dinosaurs.
Skipping on the years and into Ancient Egypt
and those impressive pyramids and into Ancient
Greece with all those pillars of stone. We move into Ancient
Rome and end up fighting with Gladiators before
a Viking invasion in Britain.
Knights and their steeds ride from Medieval castles,
making sure not to bump into the cunning Robin Hood.
As the years roll on you might find yourself on the streets of Victorian
London, watch your wallet and keep your eye out for Oliver.
Across the pond to the USA where the guns are blazing
as Cowboys and Indians battle for territory
in the Wild West.
Moving into the 20th Century and the 20’s, you
had better watch your in case the Gangsters
and Molls enter the joint. The army and navy
do their stuff, and we salute them. The 50’s are
a great opportunity to get your glad rags on and join the cast of Grease
at a fab rock and roll party. The swinging 60’s
are your next stop so keep your eye out for the always groovy Austin
Powers. Kinky afros and 70’s cops
and robbers are all the rage, as the 80’s draw
in you bump power suits as you drink that Martini, shaken not stired like James
Bond in a Casino.
